Will companies shortlist me for an interview if my CSR score is 370?

Hi,

I have CSR score of 370. I will get listed in the Express Entry Pool. I won't get PR from the "Pool Draw" - since the cutoff is generally 450.
I will apply for PNP for Ontario and Vancouver. I will also get registered in the Govt. Job Bank.

I have pretty strong technical experience of 15+years in Technical Project Management and DevOps. I am sure that I will crack the interview calls - if I get any.

My question is:

Would Canadian companies even shortlist me for interviews if I am in the PNP process and probably won't make it through the "Pool Draw" on his own?
If I get the job offer, my points will rise by 50-200 and thereafter I will probably get selected in Pool Draw and get the PR.

Please help.

The chance of getting a job before you are a PR is practically zero. Don't expect anything there.

If you get accepted into a PNP program you will get 600 points and are guaranteed an ITA. Tech professionals do have a good chance in the various PNP programs, but your age (presuming you're 35+) will count against you. Still, Ontario in particular is really going after tech workers so it's a good idea to be in the pool.

Its hard to get a job offer without PR .. even companies have to justify to the gov why they are hiring a non-PR holder instead of a PR Holder/citizen
