Will CIC accept applications sent after Oct20, 2014

Hi,
I mailed in my full application on oct 27, 2014.
As per the latest talks, CIC is returning applications received after Oct 20, 2014.
Just wanted to know is this info true or just a false alarm.
Real worried.

There is lot of speculation going around about this same Question with people getting mixed news on the same.

No one has till now furnished concrete evidence regarding the same.

I do understand your pain but sit tight and hang in there.

Meanwhile I would strongly recommend you create an EE Profile and apply for the same just in case of a a backup.

I did create a profile and ended up getting 415 points.
Will they be enough?
Last draw was above 850 points.

Same here I mailed my application on OCT 27 Th and reached CIC on 30th 2014 . I heard they are returning but no information on official site. Hence I submitted my case on EE and waiting for second lottery .. you can do the same applying EE is not going to harm if they still consider old CEC applications.

Sorry to say, CIC will return all the CEC applications received after Oct 20, 2014.
