Will CBSA detect if one gives fake messages as evidence to report another ?

I have a friend who wanted me to help him fake messages by photoshop to report someone applying for Canada PR. I refused, but then I saw him create a fake facebook with name and avatar he copied the one he wants to report.

He is going to use his fake messages as evidence to report to CBSA.
Will CBSA detect that ?
Will my friend have trouble with CBSA if they find out ?

Report someone for what exactly ? There is an official route to report fraud and if your friend also in effect commits fraud they could also be dealt with if discovered which could happen given nothing is ever foolpoof and at some point something will be discovered

If they are themselves either just a temp resident or a PR there could be serious consequences to their status. Even as a citizen not advisable to be involved in any immigration fraud given whatever status a person has it would still be a criminal act just not worth getting involved in.

Your friend should follow the offficial route and let that take its course, starting by deleting the facebook creation.
