Will candidates be able to track e-APR through MyCIC after EE expiration date?

Express Entry profiles are valid for one year, but what if the candidate does not get an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residence until the 12th month, and only manages to submit his/her e-APR to CIC just before the expiration date? Will the candidate still be able to track his/her status through MyCIC after the expiration date?

Yes. Even if you receive an ITA on the 365th day, your profile will be locked and won't be disabled or deleted. Of course, this hasn't happened with anyone yet so I'm partly guessing here but this would be in line with how EE treats profiles after an ITA is received.
