Will be living w/ relatives for duration of studies. Should I state this in SOP?

I will be living my uncle and his family for the whole duration of my studies (2 years). Should I explain this in my SOP letter? Will this also affect my chances of getting my study permit, that the visa officer might doubt that I won't leave Canada after my studies because I have relatives there?

Living with my uncle will save me tons of money because then I wouldn't have to worry about board and lodging expenses.
