Will applying by Mid Aug 2014 be late for FSWP ?

i would be applying for FSWP by mid august 2014. My category is 0015. Have to take IELTS test and get my documents verified, which is taking time as i am out of the country. Any idea whether it will be too late to submit the application ?
pls help with any info or suggestions you have

0015 category is also a rush category, still u can try, i think reaching thousand application it take any way end of the agust,

Its difficult to guess, when the CAP would fill. it all depends on the number of applicants, who are complete with their documentation.

the details on official site is alwyas 15-20days old. currently on fsw2014 spreadsheet @ 10applicants get PER and @30 got payment charged. so I advise refer the spreadsheet to estimate and take a decision with help of other @ CAP
