My CRS is 430 and my Job title is IT Technical Support. Do you guys think I have any chance of getting PNP?

Getting a PNP nomination is market driven. You can research all provinces to see if your NOC is in demand. To give you a head start, OINP does tech specific draws but the cutoff is mostly 439+ Alberta picks from EE profile but does not declare which NOC's. You can also check the new Rural & Northern immigration program which needs you to have a job offer, check it out & see if your job profile is in demand in any of these places.
