My wife’s TRV application was rejected on following ground:

You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary
resident. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:
Travel history
Purpose of visit.
Here is our situation:
I’m a US citizen currently living in Florida. My wife lives in Bangladesh and currently employed. We wanted to meet up in Canada as she can’t visit USA while her green card petition is in process.

Travel history:
She was in USA for her graduate study but she left just after her graduation. She didn’t visit any other country.

Purpose of visit:
She mentioned that we are planning to meet up in Canada for honeymoon. I booked a hotel in Canada for 2 weeks on her name and also provided my return air ticket (USA-Canada). Total duration of her trip in visa application was 2 weeks.

In her cover letter she also mentioned that she has to return back home to face immigrant visa interview (in August 2017) with US consulate. I’m not sure why her application is rejected. She doesn’t have any family tie in Canada. She also has a good job in home and wanted to visit Canada on her summer vacation.

I am thinking about reapplying. Any advice? I’m not sure what other supporting documents to provide.
I can think of only one docuemnt- a vacation authorization from her employer.

If the conditions don't change much, it will be possibly another rejection.
You can improve travel history by going some vacation together.
"she also mentioned that she has to return back home to face immigrant visa interview (in August 2017)" - did you show any proof of it? Everything you mention should be supported by proof.
Did you show No objection letter from both of your employers?

Everything you say in the application should be supported by documents.
If you say you got 2 weeks of vacation from work, you should submit noc from employer. vo may not believe otherwise.

I think the main reason why your wife was refused is because IRCC has concerns that she will overstay her visit in Canada while she waits for her US green card
