Could you pls help to advise my situation:
I got study visa on Mid Jul'15 and my husband and 2 Kids (11 & 9 years old) are applying TRV (visitor). I hope they can get visa visitor by Mid Aug'15. After they get visa, only myself and my 2 Kids will come Canada first, I want my 2 Kids to study public school in Canada the same time I study in Canada as I know it is possible. My husband will come around 6 months later.
Is it possible to my 2 Kids come with one way ticket? why I asked question because my Kids apply visitor visa as I understand if you are visitor you have to buy round ticket. Can I answer immigration officer that we want to change my Kids from visitor to minor child accompany together with me to study in Canada if they ask?
