During filling of wife's application for Family class, i have come across this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
IDENTITY AND CIVIL STATUS DOCUMENTS
Birth and/or baptism certificate
Note: If the birth is registered late, include the original baptism certificate and other original documents establishing identity such as:
• old school records (Fifth class, Middle standard and Matriculation certificate), and
• Voter’s ID card.
My Wife has her birth certificate. But the birth was registered late.
If i send the following documents :
1. Birth Certificate
2. Voter ID card (Original)
3. Seventh class memo (Original)
4. SSC xerox copy (notarized) (Can send the Original, but the certificate is not readily available)
5. Passport copy (Notarized)
Will these documents be ok ? Please let me know.
