Wife Student visa and my PNP together

I have applied for SINP in OID in august 2017 but status is still " in progress".

But now my wife want to apply for student visa for January 2019 intake... What will be the possibility for acceptance for study Permit.

What should I do to avoid refusal of student visa?

Please suggest.
