My wife Canadian nationality holder

Married 23-Nov-2010 Pakistan
She submitted file to CIC on 18-Feb-2012 for sponsor me
CIC status update on e cas that file for sponsorship received on 10-Apr-2012
CIC status updated to decision made for sponsorship on 11-Jul-2012
CIC status updated that my file comes to process on 07-Aug-2014 at London
E-Mail received from London visa office on 28-Oct-2014 for following.

This refers to your/your client's application for permanent residence in Canada.

Please be advised that, in order for us to continue processing your application, we require the following items:

- The following updated forms:

english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM0008ENU_2D
english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5406E
english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5669E
pakistan/assets/pdfs/pakistaninationals-form-en

- Updated, original Pakistan police certificate.

- Copy of your passport bio-page and details of your height and eye colour.

- Medical examination; please note that medical instruction forms will be emailed separately.

Please submit the requested documentation/information to us within 30 days including a copy of this email
as a cover letter. Please submit all the above documents to us at the same time, quoting your
file number (shown in the subject line above) on all correspondence, including on the envelope.

I sent all above info and docs on 19-Nov-2014 to London via DHL courier.

London visa office received all above info and docs on 21-Nov-2014

Medical done on 19-Nov-2014
Medical uploaded on 09-Dec-2014
What Now????????????????? Need All members help.

And please tell me that should I make a overseas NIC? Will nadra accept overseas nic before my visa on passport? Is there a visa is required for overseas nic??? When should I apply and also help me on what I have to make or prepare for next which are mandatory?

Okay the good news is on the way if there is no issue in your docs and med; You will get PPR2 in few weeks.
Overseas CNIC for what reason? You do not need anything like that for CA. Nadra will allow you after Visa on PP.

Now I need help on that as I m unemployed from may 2011 and did nothing in this period till today I mean just stayed at home or with friends normal life etc. I have one elder brother and my father who earns and we all family survive.
Now my question is that
1. What should I reply to them in written as I think I do not have any official document in this case or should I need I don't know
2. And should I reply them by replying to their e mail or in written courier
