Wife Sponsor Application received - 2 forms that need to be submitted for update

Wife Sponsorship Application forms mailed/submitted - June-2016
CIC website - Application received - July 2016

I submitted my 2014-15 Option C with the application forms - 2015-16 was not yet available at that time
US FBI History check - was not available when I submitted my application form, we submitted my now wife's Philippines Police History papers instead.

The CIC website had already given me UIC # and it indicates that our application had been received.

Should I wait for them to email us for the latest Option C and FBI History Check? OR
Should I just email both documents now?

for the option c, you may or may not send it to Mississauga - personally i wouldn't bother, since it is highly likely they will not even need it. while they request the most recent form, they do process sponsor approvals with out it. if you don't want to take the chance that they may decide to request it before approving you, then you can send it by a case specific enquiry and add your UCI number. Again, in my opinion, it's not worth sending.

As for the FBI check, do not send that until you get your sponsor approval letter and they give you specific instructions for sending it. more than likely you do not have your wife's UCI, and that is the number you need to connect it to HER file. you and your wife will have separate UCI's and the same file number. Sending it with your UCI risks getting it lost or not connected to her application correctly. They do not need this to process the sponsor's application and instructions for sending it to the visa office will be in your sponsor approval letter, so I recommend holding on to it until you receive that information. the last thing you want to happen is for that original report to get lost and have to go through that substantial wait time to get another one.

The US FBI History Check, does she needs to submit the original?
I remember when we were reading their website and in the application form, the 1 page FBI History check can be copied multiple times (as needed).

yes, CIC must have the original FBI report. I'm not sure where you are reading CIC will accept a copy of the report - i've never seen or heard that mentioned and am pretty sure the application suggests it MUST be an original copy. if you submit a copy, there will be a watermark all over it and CIC will consider it invalid.
