Hi Everybody,
MY wife lived total 7 months (some problem)in 5yrs but at the time of renewal of Pr card I gave wrong dates because I don'nt want she should lose her card or send back to home country and new card was issued without any checking.
-In 2011 due to death in family she went back.
-After she left I got notice from health Department in her name asking for her registered Doctor and when she has visited last time.
-In panic I told her she has stayed in canada for 2yrs.
-After 3 months my mother had a heart problem ,I left canada .
-Now Planning for returning back with wife.
-Do My wife will have any problem at immigration ?
-As this is not small mistake done by me can she be given second chance?
please advise .
