Wife ECA or IELTS

Hi Just want to confirm, if wife's ECA or IELTS will help me get more points in current EOI system. I am the principal applicant..

Both of these will help. Spouse work experience will also help but only if it is in Canada. Maximum of 40 points across these 3 factors
