my name is jarom and my application was returned for my "IMM 5406" being "incomplete" but i have ever line filled out! i have every family member listed for me, do i need to do a separate addition for my husband who is sponsoring me? and if so how do i do that? it doesn't let me add another person in my application or my profile page!

no, you don't have to add your husband (who is your sponsor) as "a separate addition"
did you provide all family members in the form? do you have any child (who is citizen)?
