Why Seneca college take so long time to reply?

Hi Guys
Just refer heading above i have already paid application fee to Seneca college since 05jun and received an email of activation i tried to activate and failed.I send an email up to now i do not know what is going on please assist me on this.

Nothing anyone on this public forum can do other than to tell you to keep emailing them or if an option call them.

Call them, they wont reply on ur mail mostly, Try to activate again, slowly and correctly
