why Onatrio -HCP is not picking express profiles from 2017

Hi Guys,

It has been observed that Ontario - PNP - HCP is picking profiles from Jan 2018 only. Does anybody have information about this? Why they are not picking profiles submitted in 2017

Moreover, if we re-submit the profile wouldn't the seniority of the profile will be lost in the main express entry system as they give preference to an older profile by using tiebreaker method?

OINP declare it when they do the draw on their website...

Date Express Entry profile submitted: January 1, 2018 to February 8, 2018 at 4PM EST

That's just the way how OINP operates and of course, as u say, u may lose ur direct ITA under tie-breaking rule.

So think wisely, it's all about your strategy.
