Why my parents not getting Passport Request but I did.

Dear all,

I applied for visitor visa online for my parents and myself. I have received notice to send my own passport but not my parents.

Application submitted online: May 10, 2015
Received my notice of passport: June 1, 2015 (I haven't sent out my passport yet, wanted o wait for my parent's and send together)

My parents are visiting me from China and just arrived to the US in May 19th. Therefore some of their residence address are not the same with me, and not sure if that is the reason delay their process. I am currently working in US.

Do you have any feedback or suggestions? is this normal?

If you made different applications for each one is completely normal, I applied with a relative and I got my passport request a few days after him

We did apply together as a family though. It has been more than one week.
