Why is my application been sent to New Delhi instead of Ottawa

Hi all,
I been working in British Columbia since October 2011 and still working here on LMO valid till December , 2014
I got my pnp approval in April , 2013 and
I sent my application by the end of the May to the centralized intake office in Sydney , NS
I got my file number on August 7
But on September 2 , I got a email saying my application has been received from New Delhi visa office

So here is my question why is my application sent to Delhi as my other friend with the same profile
Application Is been processed in canada itself at it's pretty fast

Hi Jay,

Which visa office did you select while you were filling federal application? If you have a scanned copy of application, just take a look at it.

But I don't have scanned copy of it
Now if it is in Delhi how the things gona work
Out like where am I do my medical
How can I send my passport to Delhi while me
Being in canada
Is there any chance I can transfer my file back
I'm canada cause processing time is too fast here

Medical you can do it in Canada. For Passport stamping we need to travel back to India. Fees to be paid by DD in INR.

You can try by sending an email to NDVO, if they feels they can transfer your application to Canada.
