Why I received IMM 5569 request?

Today, I got an update on my PR application which I filed on 23rd November 2017. In the update, they have asked to fill out IMM 5569 form for me and my spouse. I had already provided information about my personal and address history while filing PR application then why I need to provide these details as part of IMM 5569 again? Is something wrong with my application? Do I need to worry?

below is the snippet of the message I got from CIC.

Dear XXX
This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the review of your application, we require the following documents:
 XXXX- :XXXXXXX
 Schedule A: Please use the following link to complete section 8 and 12 and provide details as required on the Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature .

Please help ASAP as I have to submit the form in 7 days.

It is very common that applicants are asked to submit such information even though they were submitted before. There is no reason to worry. You should complete the required sections, print the form, sign it, scan it, and upload it right away. Good Luck!
