why cant i email the embassy?

Hey guys, so my passport is been at the embassy 7 weeks ago waiting for the meds results. im not in my home country. Can´t i just email the embassy and ask them how long it will take? i understand i cant bother them with too many emails, that would be our second email to them. But however, i cant stay in a foreign country for this long without my passport. its been a drama to get money also since they arent accepting my passport copy at western union. i dont wanna email the embassy and have as answer to pick up passport but visa is not ready. what should i do guys? my MP is taking forever to give me a status on our file... thanks

Try calling the embassy switchboard and explain your situation. They might transfer your call to an officer or at least allow you to leave a message for the officer.

Thanks sakamath. i know the embassy email where id speak to the officer but i dont know if emailing them again for the second time, wont make it worse. coz i hear some officers get mad when u email them and put your file at the bottom. i check my email every single second and one thing i wanna do is to break the phone.
