why associate degree is not found in job bank's education section

as a part of my registration with job bank, I came across this section which says:

Build your Job Match profile by adding your education

By default, "high school" certificate has been ticked, but by no means can I find "associate degree" nor "bachelor's degree". Any help?

For those of you who come across the same problem: I found that this was a technical issue appearing every now and again. All you have to do is to wait until they do something about it. Also you can send them an email explaining the problem. WAITING ...
