Why am I not eligible for Express Entry?

I applied to Canada, but received a message titled:
You do not meet the minimum entry criteria. Check your messages below for details.

Of course, there is also a longer "standard" rejection message.

In addition to taking the "Find out if you're eligible to apply" questionnaire and receiving a code, I have also gone through the list on the page:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who.asp
and verified that I meet all the requirements therein. How can I find out what might be wrong?

Some reasons why I think the system might be denying my application:

1) My CES-certified Master's diploma was completed in 1 semester. Of course, the CES report still says "Official Program Length: Two years", but the fact that I enter "0" under the "Complete/full academic years" in my profile might be throwing the system off.

2) When I applied the first time, I entered just my first name under the "First name(s)" box. That application, too, was rejected. Then I noticed in my passport that the first and middle name are both listed under the "Given name(s)" field, so in the second application I entered both my first and middle name in the "First name(s)" box. Maybe I should leave the field "Please provide the Express Entry file number" blank, instead of putting my old Application Number in there?

3) My year of "required" full-time employment actually consisted of 7 semesters, with an average of 15 hours / week. (this is a full-time teaching load for a University position). Even if I discard my research hours, and count only count the hours I officially taught, then each semester counts for 4 months in a year, then 7 semesters * 16 weeks * 15 hours / week = 1680 hours, which is more than the 1560 required; however, maybe the system is not counting the first and/or last months I put in? (e.g. Aug - Dec counts as 3 months?)

Maybe there's other reasons, I don't know. How can I find out?

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Other reasons:

1 - Not having a year of full-time continuous work experience (or the equivalent in part-time)
2 - Not meeting the required funds.
3 - Not meeting the required 67 out of 100 points under the six selection factors for the FSW program.
4 - Not meeting the required language scores.

I said that I met the requirements on that page-- funds, 67 points, language score. Perhaps since I am entering my employment semester-after-semester instead of continuously, then it is not counting as continuous. The reason I did it this way was, because I had a different number of hours each semester (even though it's for the same employer). Am I allowed to just list a single position, and average out the hours?

I did that, and it allowed my application to go through. But if I am not allowed that, then I really should withdraw my profile, and get in touch with the immigration authorities over how to file this correctly. Please let me know.
