Why always NN05116 officer replies my email?...

I sent several emails to CPP-O in different time regarding to different new CEC questions. And every time, it is the NN05116 officer replied me back. I am wondering did CIC assign the email address to a specific officer all the time? Like whenever I send my email to CIC, as long as I use the same email address, CIC will automatically assign it to NN05116 officer? ??? plus does anybody know could we do CEC ME in overseas instead of in Canada?

Does it matter who replies to your emails ? 8) lol
You can apply under CEC from inside or outside Canada.

it does.... I don't wanna the officer feels that I ask question all the time.... Im talking about the medical examination, not the initial submitting. 8)

Anyway, I received my reply from EM5578, when I sent additional dox to CPP-O email. Maybe they divide by task, not by applicant. You know ... answering queries, attaching documents, confirming receipts and so forth. Not enough data on here to confirm any of these assumptions though.
