Hi all,

If you are applying for a CEC then you have no option than to send your application to the Buffalo office. Is this correct?
When applying to re-new your WHV (whilst in Canada) you have the option of sending it to any visa office in the world. Is this correct?

1. Yes.,
2. No, since you can't extend WHV's it doesn't apply . Extensions in Canada are sent to Vegreville.

Is there a difference between re-newing and extending? For example, if my WHV expires in one month and want to extend or re-new my WHV for another 2 years (Australia), I have to send to Vegriville? And I can remain in Canada while applying is this correct?

1. WHP for Australia is not extendable in Canada, you have to apply to Sydney Aus for a new one. See: http://www.whpcanada.org.au/introduction.shtml
