wht is theprobability of getting PR after graduating from university of windsor?

if we graduate from university of windsor{public funded uni},i.e from a masters program of 16 months duration, what are the chances of geeting pr under ontario international graduate program scheme?
is this a walk in the park?
or
there is another contrast situation i beleieve..that getting a pr under any scheme in ontario is competitive now a days due to saturation??
