Wht is the meaning of financial status for work permit

I've recently been shortlisted by a Canadian employer under NOC-0621 and my LMO is expected very soon. Pls advise on below:

1. How much funds I would be needing to apply and wht type of funds are accepted by CIC ??

2. Do they consider property also to support financial status ??

3. Do they check the status of my mortgages / loans also ??

There is no limit to show as proof.

But you can show all your saving account and every asserts(Land or Property, Loans,etc)

Loans are very good for personal proof of fund.
