Whose account should I apply from?

HI there

My parents (mom and dad) are currently in Iran

They need a visitor visa...they are planning to stay less than 6 months

My sister is the one who will send them the invitation letter

Can I apply for their visa using my CIC account using my sisters information?

Or does my sister need to open her own account.

Some one told me that my parents need to open a CIC account and apply using that

Any guidance would be much appreciated

The application should be sent from the main applicant's account. If only both of them are travelling then it ahs to be from one of them.

if you have all the documents signed and scanned, you can create an account for them and submit the application.
