My family was sponsored by my brother and we were dependent with our mother. For one of my brother was not student but we arranged some documents to show him dependent. But we got refusal to misrepresentation of that. Meanwhile my sister and me are fulltime student doing MBA and master.

CHC send letter to my mother for 2 years inadmissable to canada. In the application we were four people. my question is they banned for all of us or just my mother and the brother who were not the student. Can my sister and me apply our own?

All were refused, as your misrepresented, all included in the application are inadmissible for 2 years as either a visitor or immigrant.
