Who will pay my MSP?

Greetings!


I am on Temporary Foreign Worker Visa in Live-In Caregiver Program, and my new MSP
card came last week, which I already finished the waiting period of 2mos.
Landed here in B.C. Canada last October 2012
There is a new Law since early 2012 here in Canada, that the employer will be the one who will pay the MSP of Live-in Caregiver;

Please be advise if this is confirmed? or some answer from all of you guys, and also where I can read the this rules of Medical Services Payments for LCP(Live-in Caregiver Program)?

If it's written on your contract that the employer will shoulder the MSP, then it's the employer who'll pay for it. POtherwise you pay for the MSP. The time when you're not covered by government health services is shouldered by the employer, usually the first three months.
