I just want to ask a quick question...

When the new citizenship law comes to effect, who will be affected?
- Those whose application are currently in process?
- Those who will be a PR after the law comes to effect?
- Those who will submit application after the law comes to effect?

When someone became a PR is not material. It's all about when the citizenship application is submitted.
