I have applied for Canadian spousal immigration and my application has been returned twice.
I have two minor kids and they already have Canadian citizenship certificate.
For the first time they returned it due to incorrect listing of dependents in IMM 5406 form that is Additional family information form. As I didn’t mentioned them in the kids section. Which I corrected and send back. Important information is that at that time my daughter who is 4 months old doesn’t have the citizenship certificate which was under process.
So on 8th march they again returned my application and stated that dependents not listed in the IMM 0008 form that is a generic application form for Canada. Now I have also received my daughters Canadian citizenship certificate and I Dnt understand that do k have to list them as dependents in the IMM 0008 form.
