Who should sign the spouse's copy of IMM5669 and IMM5406? The spouse or the applicant?

This is how I've sent it, but then a friend of mine who is still preparing his application challenged me that this may be wrong. Now, I know I can still make good sense of things

It is clearly mentioned in the checklist document (IMM5612) that these two documents should be dated and signed by everyone in the following list:
-Principle applicant
-Spouse

So the answer is: "The Spouse"

You need to tick Schedule A form that this is filled and signed by spouse
In additional family information , your spouse name will be in applicant coulmn , and your in spouse coulmn
