Who sends the application package? SA or PA?

I am confused about who will send the application package, the sponsor, or principal applicant? There is a requirement to send the principal applicants photos along with the application, so I am assuming the principal applicant?

And how should we link the application online? Will we get an application number through an email from AOR1, or when we pay the application fee?

Is all correspondence through email?

It doesnt matter who sends it.

You get an application number with the AOR
