Who name on the RPRF receipt?

We paid the application fees and RPRF separately.

I know that my sponsor's name goes on the receipt for the application fees, since they process his sponsorship application first. But whose name/DOB goes on the second receipt for the RPRF? Sponsor, or principal applicant?
