Who mails out the application

Got my FBI background check today, now I am in the process of filling out the application. My question is, I am in Dallas and my husband is in Calgary, do I have to fill it all out then mail it to him to mail or can i do it from Dallas?

the application package goes out as one - so unless you have all the documents for your husband filled out and ready to go, you have to fill out your part, send it to him, he adds his part then sends it to CIC. If the rest of your application is already completed, then no worries - you can send it from outside of Canada.
