Does anyone know if I am eligible for PRRA provided that my Refugee Claim was rejected by Refugee Board in March 2014 and my appeal for Judiciary review was rejected in April 2015. Also when does 12 month bar start counted from? does it start from rejection from Refugee Board or it starts from Judiciary Review rejection? I would highly appreciate your help in this matter.
