who is dependent

Hi everyone,

My case is very simple, i am being sponsored and my husband is the sponsor. We are both in our first marriage and we don't have kids.

1) Form IMM0008 , question 1 personal details, it supposed to fill out with my name as applicant or my husband is applicant?

2)Form IMM0008DEP, additional dependent. Just to confirm that we dont need to fill out this because we dont have kids.

3)Form IMM5669, background declaration, who is one to fill out this? me or my husband, or both?

4)IMM5406 additional family information, again, who is the applicant, me or my husband?

5) since we are living in QC, is there any addition form that I need to send at the first around (sending to CIC for admission) ?

You're the applicant .These forms are for you to fill in ...

If you look at the guide page, it shows you which are which. If you are applying outland,

Part 1 (Sponsor) are for your husband

Part 2 (Immigration) are for you (aka applicant).

If you are applying inland, the document checklist tells you which is which.
