Who is authorized to sign for bc pnp job offer?

Hi. I am so panic now for my job offer form...

I recived ITA(score 80) on nov.8. My manager gave me all documentaries except job offer form..
It is stupid now, i currently working at the keg (coperation one) and i though it was reaaly easy for big chain of restaurants, buy, gm said he can not doing anything by himself, he needs to confirm from HR or headoffice now. So i still watiing for that.. ITA valid till dec.8 i still have time. But u know 2 weeks is not too long its very short... anyway, i want to know if i work at coperation one then gm has to confrim from headoffice or HR ? Or GM can do it by himself ?

None of us can tell you if the GM can do it himself or if HR has to provide the letter. Usually it's more complicated with large companies and HR has to provide the letter (your manager cannot).
