who has to feel custodian declaration

hello sir/mam

i am rakesh bhatt from india and i m going to applying online trv with my wife and my sond age of 5 years, all document uploaded only one file is remain that is custodian declaration... i want to know dat it is compulsory to feel this form ?? bcoz he is coming with us for tourism .. not for study.... please give me answer i m very confuse about this ... waiting for you answer

Hello my dear, l have same situation, I am filling out the visa application, l will go to study in Canada and l will accompany my wife and child ( baby girl with 8 month) but the application appears the custodian declaration form for my baby, l have confused because she will travel with us, please have you got any answers? Thanks for your help
