Who has applied for VISA under SPP without Statement of Purpose

Hi Guys... How many o you have applied for Canada VISA under Student Partners Program (SPP) without submitting Statement of Purpose (SoP) and got VISA.. One good person from Canadavisa forum Vicky_786 told that it will do without SOP....

Also, Guys passport size photos for medicals has to be submitted without Spectacles .....
