Who needs to fill out this form?
Sponsorship Evaluation (IMM 5481)
The sponsor fills out this form if sponsoring only a dependent child who
has no dependent children of their own.
I couldn't quite understand it.

Is the principle applicant a dependent child? If yes; is the dependent child also a parent i.e has a (dependent) child of their own? if no, then the sponsor fills this form. If yes then the sponsor does not fill out this form
