who ever applying OOPNP while staying Quebec

Please share your thoughts applying to OOPNP staying or working in Quebec province.
There are couple of thoughts , it s difficult to convince the officer if we are working in quebec and they simply refuse the application?

is it happend to anyone applied either PNP or express entry ??

To be approved under OOPNP you will have to prove that you do in fact plan to live in Ontario rather than Quebec. At some point in the process you will be asked to provide evidence that you will be moving to Ontario. If you are currently working in Quebec, you'll need to provide fairly convincing evidence that you are relocating to Ontario (such as a job offer from an employer in Ontario + proof you have made arrangements for accommodations in Ontario).
