who can determine skill 0 , A, B ?

hi guys ,

In order to be cleared to all of us, I just want to make clarification. what kind of jobs go under NOC? Can anyone provide example pls.. for example, (just put it simple) lets say that, customer service job you can apply as CEC or Administrative Assistant you can apply, receptionist you can apply and etc. I just can't understand what kind of positions go under Canadian Experience Class (I mean the name of position) .. Was it that difficult to them by just providing information by stating that- these positions are ok, and the other ones are not ok, and all people could work in proper place not to spend time in vain..

i got now how it works, so Senior Service Attendant on the train is not under NOC, so I cant apply

but Buyer is in there..
lets hope now otherwise gotta move to another province from Ontario

Basically you need a job with duties matching any one of those(skill level B) to qualify for CEC.
