Who can arrange a job offer from Pakistan?

Hi to all
It seem that according to new Law(sometimes during 2013) applicant over 35 will have a hard time to succeed in immigration through federal system. But peple with job offer may fair well in their quest for immigration.

So My question is...which immigration agent can arrange a genuine job offer from Karachi or Pakistan? Genuine means, genuine enough to clear all the Government and legal requiements set by the CIC or provisional authorities.

Can Lalani associates do so?
 
If they offer you an AEO for money then they are probably just screwing you

I'm a general accountant, you seem to be a book keeper, can I ask you your details like age, qualifications, country of origin..bla blaaas ;D

I need to join my brother who is a Canadian PR, may be later next year, in Toronto, He is a CIMA qualified pro. I was wondering about this job offer. I'm 40 and masters in Account.

Is it important to know some one to arrange for job offer??
