Hi everyone,
In my AoR letter, it states that "If you are currently working in Canada and your wprk permit is about to expire" you can apply for Bridging Open Work Permit.
I need to know if being currently working in Canada and having a wp that expires soon is NECESSARY to apply for BOWP?
I have a wp that will not expire soon (I have about one year left on it) and my spouse (is dependent on the PR application) has a visitor permit (that will expire soon).
Can any of us apply for BOWP (or hopefully both of us)? What can we apply for our child then to stay with us? Can we apply fpr visitor permit for the child using the AoR?
I appreciate any help.
