Are they hired form india or they specially trained Canadians. Sometimes they takes baseless and stupid decisions as per there personal assumptions. I just want to know who they are?

Yes they are white Canadians who have no emotions whatsoever. They are specially trained but not professionally thats why the make sometimes fatal mistakes
