He can't sponsor you federally (unless you are his only relative).
However, two provinces allow people to sponsor relatives: Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Where does your cousin live?

So your parents are passed, your grandparents etc all have passed on? No one else is alive? If so, it IS possible (from my understanding).

Hello Parker

Sorry for not replying properly last time, My case completely different here..!!!!

I am living in London now on work visa...working for Pharma company...Due my personal Interest I am willing to study in Canada.

Where I am not feeling to happy to ask my parents about financial help or any thing else...!!!

I din't plan well for this visa..that's the main problem. I got funds from all friends and keeping in my account for last 2 weeks and I am planning to apply for visa by next month end.

The main problem was...if visa officer ask me about the funds and supporting documents (where it came from) Then I will be in trouble...!!!!

Basically I can support my self for all the fee and other expenses, because I can work for next 3 months in London. but Currently I don't have my own money in my account...!!!!!

Any suggestions about my situation..!!!!

Cheers

Don't misrepresent those funds in your account. If your friends lent you the money just so you could show immigration you have enough money to support yourself, that's what I would consider to be a misrepresentation...unless of course the money given was a gift.

You will not be eligible to be sponsored by your cousin. You might want to investigate other avenues for becoming a permanent resident. Or, if you got married during your time as a student in Canada, then of course your spouse could sponsor you...but I don't suggest jumping into a relationship just to gain status in Canada, as that again would be a misrepresentation.
