Is it possible that one open and run his own business while on Post graduate work permit?

meaning work permit one gets after completing studies in Canada..?

Also, in the PGWP, can one work more than 40 hours/week....or is it jsut 40 hours each sine that is exactly what is considered full time??

I do not think you can run a business .

You can work full time , more than one job , number of hours not limited.

A PGWP is a program under which an OWP is given. So you are getting an OWP... and is no different than any other OWP. You can work as you see convenient.
